A contemplative community, founded in 1906, whose chief work is prayer built on the offering of the Eucharist and the regular recitation of the Divine Office. Life and prayer in solitude is recognised as an important part of the Sisters' vocation, in accordance with the Carmelite spirit of the community.
Guest and Retreat Facilities
There is limited accommodation for private retreats, for both men and women. Guest Sister: e-mail: guestsslg@amserve.net
Oblates and associates
The Community includes Oblate Sisters, who are called to the contemplative life in the world rather than within the monastic enclosure.
